VICTORVILLE CHEVROLET

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY REGARDING INSTALLATION OF ADAPTIVE DEVICES

Victorville Chevrolet is committed to providing excellent customer service to all of its customers. We have established a policy to accommodate qualified customers who need adaptive devices in order to test-drive a vehicle prior to purchase when it is readily achievable to do so.

If you need hand controls or other adaptive devices in order to test-drive a vehicle we are offering for sale, please first contact Jacob Soares in person or via phone to discuss the accommodation needed. There is no additional charge for the use of adaptive devices, but they will be provided on a reservations basis only when it is readily achievable to accommodate the request. We will use good faith efforts to satisfy every reasonable request to schedule a test drive; however, please allow us sufficient time - at least 5 to 10 days Monday through Friday - to have adaptive devices installed on the vehicle of your choice if it is readily achievable to do so. We cannot permit the installation of any hand control devices supplied by the customer.

Please be advised you may be asked what hand controls or other assistive devices you are used to using and whether you are certified to use them. Proof of certification may be required prior to a test drive. All of the preceding is aimed at ensuring the safety of everyone involved. It is possible that a particular request for accommodation will be subject to delays beyond our control. There are some makes and models of vehicle where the installation of particular adaptive devices is not readily achievable. We look forward to serving you and earning your business.
