I dealt with Miss Karen in the service department. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. She kept me updated and was a pleasure to deal with.
The one thing that I found unsatisfactory however was when I returned the rental to the Hertz dealer that I had while my truck was in for repairs I was told by the other service guy, not Karen because she was not there at the time, to call back to Victorville Chevrolet and they would send an Uber to pick me up and bring me back to my truck. When I tried calling back, about 15 phone calls, nobody at the service desk would answer the phone. I had to call the sales dept three times and ask him to physically walk over to the service guys and ask them to pick up the phone and respond to me. I was stranded at the Hertz / GMC dealer for about 45 minutes and running the risk of Victorville Chevrolet actually closing before I could get back to pick up my completed truck. Frustrated I finally got someone on the service desk to talk to me so I could request a ride back. I had just worked a long hot day and did not appreciate being abandoned at the Hertz dealer.
As soon as Karen found out about this she immediately called me back and apologized for my situation and had me an Uber within minutes. I don’t think for a minute that this was her fault. She was totally unaware of it. I think the guys on the service desk should put more emphasis on answering the phone and dealing with certain customer situations.
I was frustrated at this one ordeal but overall was pleased with my service other than that and dealing with Karen, whom I call Miss Wonderful, made it all worthwhile. She is a definite asset to your team. Please recognize her for her exemplary work. She makes a big difference.

I really never had a problem with anyone ever before when had to bring my car in for oil changes until we had to have someone else help us and his NAME is Mike or Micheal M what ever the FU## it is anyway he is 😡 very unprofessional 🤬 piece of s*** 💩 big mouth PIG who thinks he knows it all starts yelling and cussing at my husband and of course my husband is going to start yelling back at him hopefully he got fired and if he didn't I sure in the HELL would have fired him if I was his boss I'll tell you one thing I will never go back there ever again or have anybody I know ever go there and I hope nobody has to ever experience anything like that what I went through and I've always been a very good customer and I have always been very nice to everyone.. Hopefully who ever reads this dose something about certain people who work there and make them accountable for how they are towards customers even though sometimes customers can be assholes to they still need to be professional in their job................

I will never go back and i will tell everyone to never buy or get serviced there. I went for service as my truck was making a noise. Long story short the said I had many things wrong. I paid the $325 diagnostic fee and took it to another place and the things you listed as broken were not. I have all the receipts and estimates. You tried to cheat me out of thousands. I called multiple times and left multiple messages to find out what happened with no return call. I am filing with any and all regulatory agencies and in the process with BAR. I will be posting in all community social media my experience with receipts. I feel so cheated and disgusted you would treat people like that.
