Very upset car still has troubles , warranty and Chevy have horrible communication.

Sales Department is great. Service department needs a lot of improvement. Took our vehicle at 8:45 AM to check our tire censor monitors that were not working immediately after purchasing our used vehicle from the dealer. We bought the warranty extension. We notified the service rep we wanted to use our warranty. After 3 hours of waiting thinking that our vehicle was being worked on, we walked back to the service desk just to find out the rep hadn’t even called our warranty to see if we were covered.(The night prior we called the warranty company ourselves and they said to take it to the dealer for an eval and to put a work order approved) He asked us for the warranty phone number because he didn’t know it. In conclusion, we wasted a total of 3 hr and 15 minutes in the waiting lobby for nothing. After we asked for our vehicle, come to find out that all of our censors were not reading anymore. We originally brought it in for one sensor.

These guys in the service department are great it like going to see old friends! very welcoming

Service was fast and easy Service writer was very polite and well managed. Will definitely come back again.

Sales department is absolutely horrible but the service department is Awesome

You over scheduled oil change appointments causing inflated wait times on a day where staffing was low.

Parts delayed for over a month with no eta and no rental was provided for a disabled vehicle still under full bumper to bumper warranty. General Manager Valeriano said a rental can be provided but service dept. did not follow thru with this. Lack of communication, no eta, no rental and No priority was given. Poor customer service. Regret buying this unreliable vehilcle if this is what a full warranty gets.
