Went inside, stood for about 10 min before anyone acknowledged me. Service advisor went out & helped another customer who came after I had arrived and been standing. Finally Cassandra helped & was great. This is not the first time this has happened. NEWBERRY SPRINGS, CA | 2022 GMC 2500HD SierraApril 6, 2023It took 3hrs to change oil and supposedly rotated tires WTF. the spare tire they put on the tire sensor did not register. Now I have a light on the dash check tire monitor system. When I made the appointment on Wednesday I asked them to install a tire sensor on the spare tire them put in the tire rotation. I forgot to mention it on the day of work. Apparently the notes from the original appointment were not observed. They told me that they can get one of the recall items done ( heated seats chip). The rep said they would install the sensor when they work on the recall item. I'm not sure you can do that work eitherResponse from Victorville Chevrolet
