The Silverado EV (electric vehicle) isn't available to Adelanto, CA drivers just yet, but it will be soon. This truck is going to be built in the Factory ZERO assembly plant in Michigan. When it's ready to be released to the masses in Apple Valley, there's sure to be a lot of interest in this full-size pickup. That's because it will have an excellent range of up to 400 miles per charge, and it will have plenty of capability. While we don't know too many details at this point, we know that Chevy will be making a bold move with the Silverado EV and will want to have this truck be a beast on the roads while being modern and comfortable.
Expect the cab to be spacious, the technology to be plentiful, and the safety systems to be comprehensive. There could be a few different electric motors offered, and there could be quite a bit of power generated by one of them. Given the demand for all-wheel-drive models and the fact that the Silverado EV is going to be up for any challenge, also expect all-wheel drive to be standard.
